How to Add Records to an Existing Event

If you would like to add more records to an existing event, follow the steps below:
1.  From any of the list in the Mouse Colony menu (Mice, Cages, Mating, etc.) or from the Projects menu in the Projects and Experiments pages, select the record(s) of interest that you’d like to Add to an Existing Event and click on the "Calendar Icon" in the upper right corner
2.  On the Calendar popup, click on the existing event of interest that you would like to add your records to
4.  Click on the Icon that shows on the left side of the event (with the number "17")
5.  The Records will be added to the event. (you will get a confirmation pop-up at the top of your screen confirming that the records have been saved and added to the event.)
Note: In the New Event pop up, you will see hyperlinks to the mice that you added, and when you save the event on the calendar, it will show the number of records that are included in the event.
