The Mouse Record

In SoftMouse, The Mouse Record gives you a detailed history of all events in the life of a mouse from a lineage point of view.  It is the only page in the system where you can view and edit all current and historical information about that mouse in one location as it makes its way through its lifecycle.

To aid in finding and editing information, the page itself is divided into TABLES.  Viewing The Mouse Record and its historical tables will help if at any point it is important for you to see exactly what happened to a mouse, how good of a breeder it was, or genetically where it came from.

The tables consist of:

1.  The Main Table --- is the only table that is editable.

2.  Parental Information --- parents lineage

3.  Mating History  --- current / previous mates

4.  Cage History --- current / previous cages

5.  Experiment History  --- current / previous experiments

6.  Event History --- mouse participated events

7.  Attach Files --- stored files
